Reservation

 

We will gladly reserve the apartment of choice without obligation for 5 days. This gives you time to think over your travel plans and book a flight.

 

 

 

Booking and Payment

 

As soon as you have confirmed that you wish to book the apartment a payment of 100€ to our Dutch account is required. When we receive the payment you will receive a confirmation and a bill for the complete rent which should be paid to the same account 4 weeks before departure. With the confirmation is the contract binding for both sides.

 

When something comes in between

 

Something can always happen that make you unable to travel. Of course we hope you do not have to cancel but for this case we suggest that you purchase travel cancellation insurance.

 

 

 

Cancellation:

In the case of a cancellation, the following terms apply:

 

 

• Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival date: - the initial payment is kept
• Cancellation between 8 weeks and 2 weeks before arrival date: - 50 % of the price will be charged
• Cancellation in less than 2 weeks before and until arrival date: -80% is due and we will refund 20%.
• Cancellation on the arrival date ( no show) the whole amount is due and there will be no refund.
